Joe Vesowate is a proven health care thinker with 20 plus years of senior management experience in the sector. He leverages this experience with a substantial background in finance and business operations to develop solutions customized specifically to the needs of his clients. His services are primarily centered around organizational growth, program quality assurance, and financial strategies for insurers and providers.

Joe has held a broad array of Texas State Agency and corporate leadership roles related to Medicaid and CHIP managed care, community and hospital-based behavioral health programs, residential programs for persons with intellectual and development disabilities, and oral health services for children and adults.

In 2018, he led the creation of a first of its kind, full-risk alternative payment model for providers of oral health services in Texas Medicaid, which has gained national notoriety for its success.

Early in his career he worked for the University of Texas System Administration in various accounting, asset management, and internal audit roles. He is a Texas-licensed Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
